Home / Our Work

Shot on our roofs. Not stock.

Recent roofs, Houston to Galveston. Every job is documented before, during, and after, slope by slope, and the same photo set goes to the homeowner, the board, and the adjuster.

Photo documentation

Every job, from
the air.

Every slope, photographed, is how each SRC inspection starts. It is also how each job ends. The photos are yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

  • Before. Every slope and penetration photographed, so the scope is based on what the roof shows, not what someone said from the driveway.
  • During. Decking exposed, underlayment down, flashing set. The stages you would never see from the ground.
  • After. A top-down survey of the finished field, handed over in the closeout file with the warranty paperwork.
  • For a claim. The same set goes to your adjuster. We document and prepare a construction estimate; the coverage decision is your insurer's.
