Co-Founder
Alicia brings a background in international business, data analytics, and over a decade of sales leadership to SRC. She has managed regional operations for major consumer brands, honing a skill set built around process, communication, and customer experience. At SRC, Alicia is focused on raising the bar for homeowners—using tech-forward systems, clear updates, and organized project management to make roof replacement and storm restoration as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Nolan Shultz
Co-Owner & CEO
Nolan brings an extensive background in sales, marketing, and strategy to the construction industry. Prior to roofing, he built his career in beverage sales and marketing and later in political consulting, where speed, messaging, and execution matter or you lose. He then co-owned and helped scale a roofing company in the Houston market before founding Shultz Roofing & Construction alongside his wife. That path shaped his belief that real value comes from craftsmanship and the crews behind the work. At SRC, Nolan is uncompromising about quality—using proven materials, top-tier installers, and maintaining clean jobsites with tight attention to detail.
