Nolan Shultz
Co-Owner & CEO
Nolan brings an extensive background in sales, marketing, and strategy to the construction industry. Prior to roofing, he built his career in beverage sales and marketing and later in political consulting, where speed, messaging, and execution matter or you lose. He then co-owned and helped scale a roofing company in the Houston market before founding Shultz Roofing & Construction alongside his wife. That path shaped his belief that real value comes from craftsmanship and the crews behind the work.
